The property is accessed via a communal hallway and there is a lift up to the first floor. As you enter the apartment there is a generously sized hallway with space to store coats and shoes. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is directly ahead and benefits from large windows and patio doors that allow plenty of light to flood in. This also leads out to the decked terrace.
The lounge area enjoys two comfy sofas and a Smart TV where you can enjoy your favourite programmes and movies in the evening as you unwind after a fun day at the beach. The kitchen has been conveniently equipped with an electric oven and induction hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher plus all your basic cookware for the induction hob and utensils to rustle up a hearty breakfast to start your day or light evening supper.
